Most urological procedures and services are covered by the Medical Services Plan (MSP) of British Columbia. If you do not have MSP coverage, you will be responsible for the costs out of pocket. These costs may be eligible for reimbursement through your private insurance; however, our office does not facilitate direct billing to private insurance providers.

To help ensure accurate and timely communication with your healthcare team, we may use dictation software (Dragon) and AI-based transcription tools (Empathia). If you have questions or would prefer these tools not be used for your care, please let us know.

A strong patient–physician relationship is founded on mutual respect. All patients, physicians, nurses, and office staff have the right to a safe and respectful clinic environment. Verbal or physical threats, abusive language or behaviour, harassment, and aggressive conduct will not be tolerated. Individuals who violate this policy will be asked to leave. In severe or repeated cases, this may result in termination of the patient–physician relationship, in accordance with CPSBC Practice Standards.
